There are two tracks on this album that are associated very strongly with the great Bill Eveans, one written by himself (Loose Blues) and one written by George Sheering (Conception). It's another duality and a gesture of respect and gratitude for to the man, who made the piano trio what it is today and played such wonderful music!
I'm glad these four musicians took the opportunity to play and record together. They seem to be listening very carefully to each other. A seamless performance of individuals, yes indeed. freejazzy
Such a thing of beauty. The sounds are airy and I so so so truly means when I say i truly feel the album cover picture in my bones. This is a beautiful album. Its jazz and classical distilled with a lot of soul oozing through it. I will get all of Daniel's work. Thank you. Som Bhattacharyya
