And last but not least covering Kendrick Lamar just seems natural with this trio. We always did it, and we will continue to do it. To me he's one of the great poets of the 21th century. One could argue that a trio of white european guys can't understand a afro-american rapper based in Compton, but I strongly believe that music is universal (and Samir even has a HiiiPower tatoo so come on!).

I'm glad these four musicians took the opportunity to play and record together. They seem to be listening very carefully to each other. A seamless performance of individuals, yes indeed. freejazzy

Such a thing of beauty. The sounds are airy and I so so so truly means when I say i truly feel the album cover picture in my bones. This is a beautiful album. Its jazz and classical distilled with a lot of soul oozing through it. I will get all of Daniel's work. Thank you. Som Bhattacharyya
